Handle disputes inside the Swift dashboard
The dashboard walks you through each step, builds the letter for you, and tracks responses from the bureaus. It keeps every dispute tied to your account so you can see status at a glance.
Bring this info when you click through:
- Your full name and current mailing address
- The bureau that is reporting the error
- Creditor or collector name plus account number or descriptor
- A short factual reason (for example “not my account” or “paid on time”)
- Supporting proof such as ID, proof of address, or statements
Go to dashboard disputes →What the dashboard does
- Collects your details and fills the dispute letter automatically.
- Packages the letter so you can send it with certified mail options.
- Tracks bureau deadlines (usually 30 days) and follow-up tasks.
Before you send
- Dispute only items that are wrong or fraudulent.
- Keep copies of everything you mail or upload.
- Check all three bureaus; errors can appear on one or many.
